The following are our standard fees:

• A fee of 5% on the value of a property sold plus 18% VAT
• Our Sole agency agreements have a discounted rate of 3.5% + 18% VAT on properties sold.
• For long-term residential properties, our fee is 50% + 18% VAT. This is to be paid by the lessor and lessee.
• Our fee for commercial leases is 10% of the yearly rent plus 18% VAT to be paid by the lessor and the lessee.
